Returns and Exchanges

• All returns must be initiated within 30 days
• Email Shop@friendsofredrivernwr.org
• Include all relevant details: Order Number, Name, Address, and the cause of the return/exchange
• Return shipping costs are not covered
• Any clothing / wearables are not eligible, we include a sizing chart to help ensure the correct size is selected at checkout
• All items must be in new, unused condition
